Walmart Customer Service Manager

Lead Walmart front-end operations through customer service, associate support, transaction oversight, and register controls in Kindersley, Saskatchewan. Support consistent store service across varied shifts.

As Customer Service Manager, you guide front-end operations and help create a positive shopping experience. You handle customer and associate concerns, coordinate coverage, train associates on systems and Company procedures, and promote Walmart programs. The position also includes cash management, EAS processes, emergency readiness, and transaction compliance.

• Monitor front-end coverage, breaks, registers, and customer flow
• Handle customer and associate concerns professionally
• Train associates on systems, procedures, and safety requirements
• Oversee purchases, returns, exchanges, approvals, and corrections
• Prepare registers and complete cash accuracy audits

• Be at least 16 years old
• Follow safe work practices and emergency procedures
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
• Stand, bend, and lift inventory or supplies
• Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50
