As a Consumables Associate, you will support customers with product and service decisions while maintaining organized salesfloor merchandise. The position includes stocking, rotating goods, processing documentation, and supporting claims and returns. You will also help maintain safe store operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers politely and provide friendly service
- Promote products and help locate merchandise
- Stock, rotate, and secure merchandise appropriately
- Maintain displays, pricing, signing, and shelf caps
- Process claims, returns, paperwork, and documentation
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to assist customers with purchase decisions
- Ability to resolve issues or refer concerns
- Ability to use equipment appropriately
- Ability to follow Company policies and procedures
