Lead Asian beauty retail with strong sales strategy and product knowledge as Store Manager at Kiokii And, overseeing daily store operations.
Kiokii And operates more than 30 stores across North America, offering cosmetics, skincare, beauty, accessories, and lifestyle products. As Store Manager, you will lead staff, maximize sales, and maintain exceptional customer service. The role combines scheduling, inventory management, marketing, reporting, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee schedules, duties, meetings, and team calendars
- Drive sales targets through exceptional in-store customer experiences
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for performance improvement
- Monitor inventory, restocking, suppliers, and product availability
- Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate store staff
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Five years of retail experience, including two years managing stores
- Passion for Asian beauty products, trends, and continuous learning
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
