Lead Rogers and Fido retail sales teams across GTA East, using coaching and customer experience expertise in onsite store locations. Support customers with technology that simplifies everyday life through approachable, solution-based service.
Rogers is hiring a Store Manager for Scarborough Town Centre, Oshawa Centre, or Markville Mall. You will oversee retail staff, store operations, sales performance, and customer experience while promoting Rogers, Fido, and Rogers Mastercard brands. The position requires clear communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, develop, and retain high-performing sales teams
- Manage store operations and solution-based customer experiences
- Deliver business plans against regional and store-level targets
- Represent Rogers and Fido at local community events
- Retail management experience overseeing staff, operations, and performance
- Clear communication that supports team and business goals
- Experience driving consistent sales results
- Availability for 40 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends
- Availability for statutory holidays and peak customer demand
