As a Store Manager, you own the success of your store by driving sales, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail environment. We’re looking for someone who can lead with excellence, bring energy, competitiveness, and commitment to every shift.

• Team Development & Leadership – Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Sales & Profitability – Drive individual and store performance to exceed company sales goals and profit expectations.
• Operational Excellence – Execute daily store operations, including inventory management, floor sets, and company initiatives.

• 1-3 years of retail experience, including previous management experience.
• Strong ability to train, develop, and lead employees to success.
• A competitive, energetic, and goal-driven mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills with a positive, outgoing attitude.
• A proven track record of maintaining operational efficiency in a retail setting.
