Make a difference at Your Independent Grocer through customer service, stocked shelves, and product knowledge that supports Canadian shoppers. This is a store-based clerk role.
Produce Clerks help create positive in-store shopping experiences by keeping products available and assisting customers. You will maintain displays, scan products accurately, identify inventory needs, and support ordering. The role also includes promotions, health and safety, and learning new things through training.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer service while responding to shopper needs
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to company standards
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory requirements
- Assist with ordering and set up directed promotions
- Keep department areas neat and follow health standards
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remain driven
- Resourceful, courteous approach to customer questions
- Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds during shifts
