As an Overnight Lead Department Manager, you support overnight associates and follow priorities from management. You assess merchandise presentation, maintain store standards, support claims procedures, and oversee safety and security. The position includes training associates and handling overnight operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate overnight stocking activities based on communicated priorities
- Assess merchandise presentation and execute display changes
- Transfer defective merchandise to the claims room
- Oversee overnight store safety and security
- Train associates to support stocking and operational goals
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- Ability to manage high overnight task volume efficiently
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift inventory or supplies
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally 50
- Age eighteen or older
