Deliver Royal Service at Princess Auto as a Sales Team Member, using product knowledge and customer conversations on the sales floor. Help shoppers find solutions in person and by phone.
This Retail role focuses on creating a fun, safe, and unique shopping experience. You will answer merchandise questions, recommend products, and support customers as they turn everyday ideas into reality. The work also includes merchandising and store upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage customers in conversations on the sales floor
- Respond to merchandise questions in person and by phone
- Help customers find products and solutions for everyday problems
- Merchandise products throughout the store
- Keep the store tidy and safe
- Care genuinely about customers’ shopping experiences
- Learn products and apply knowledge to customer service
- Handle customer interactions with diplomacy and tact
- Take initiative with minimal supervision
- Work respectfully with people and uphold integrity
