Merchandise Manager Retail Operations

The Merchandise Manager supports store leadership while driving truck processing, planograms, visual standards, and operational routines. You will maintain pricing integrity, promotional execution, replenishment accuracy, and inventory control. The role also includes Manager-on-Duty coverage and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead truck unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow
Plan daily workloads and prioritize store tasks
Execute SISO routines and maintain replenishment accuracy
Oversee planogram sets and visual merchandising standards
Manage pricing, promotions, inventory, and Ship from Store
Requirements:
Three or more years of retail leadership experience
Ability to remain standing and move throughout the store
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise
Ability to climb ladders or step stools
Availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings
