This Inventory Supervisor position combines retail service, team leadership, and hands-on inventory counting. You will establish business relationships with new and existing customers while supervising Inventory Associates. Retail or warehouse experience, training skills, and strong computer literacy support the work.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead teams of Inventory Associates
- Deliver world-class service to customers
- Maintain effective business relationships
- Count inventory alongside the team
- Work varied schedules and travel locally
- Leadership and training capabilities
- Retail or warehouse experience considered an asset
- Post-secondary education or equivalent supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable record
- Goal-oriented, interpersonal, hands-on management style
