Inbound Account Executive Sales

Drive inbound sales for Jobber using consultative communication and product demonstrations while supporting small businesses through technology. This role follows a non-standard shift.

As an Account Executive in Jobber’s Sales department, you will build trust with small businesses and understand their challenges. You will recommend workflows and feature fits, demonstrate value, and turn qualified conversations into customers. The position reports to the Manager, Inbound Sales.

• Connect with prospects through phone, email, and SMS outreach
• Understand small business challenges, goals, and operational needs
• Recommend Jobber workflows and suitable product features
• Demonstrate Jobber’s value through conversations and product demonstrations
• Track follow-up information and analytics in Salesforce

• Sales experience involving commission and/or performance targets
• Ability to manage urgency within a short sales cycle
• Driven, tenacious, disciplined, and adaptable approach
• Clear, confident communication and active listening skills
• Previous CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
