Allstate is hiring licensed sales agents across Ontario for a full-time, hybrid designation. You will prospect for new business, identify client needs, create customized insurance solutions, and close sales. The position requires insurance industry experience and consultative selling expertise.

• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline
• Prospect through cold outreach and outbound activities
• Identify client needs and create customized insurance solutions
• Close sales protecting clients’ homes and autos
• Attend events and network within the community

• Minimum five years of consultative sales experience
• Valid OTL, RIBO, or equivalent insurance license
• Prior insurance industry experience
• Experience generating business through outbound sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
