Drive fitness sales at Good Life Fitness in Saskatoon, using member outreach and goal-based recommendations. This is a full-time position at Preston Crossing.
As a Fitness Advisor, you will recruit new members and understand their specific health and fitness goals. You will recommend suitable ways to achieve those goals through Good Life services. Success requires sales experience, rapport-building, resilience, and a commitment to personal health and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:- Build a pipeline of potential members using available tools
- Tour potential members around the club
- Educate prospects about Good Life support and services
- Create plans for new member success
- Maintain relationships through consistent member follow-up
- Experience in sales
- High self-motivation and resilience within sales environments
- Ability to connect with diverse groups of people
- Excellent time management skills
- Passion for helping others and personal fitness
