As a Parts Counterperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers and technicians in obtaining required parts and supplies while achieving monthly sales targets through encouraging additional parts sales.
Your Responsibilities- Promote sale of parts and accessories to all customers: walk-in, telephone or internal technicians
- Provide exceptional customer service to maximum customer satisfaction
- Keep abreast of all new products and updates through continuous learning
- Locate all parts as requested by customers and/or technicians
