Use product knowledge and customer communication as a Marine and Motorsports Sales Associate supporting showroom and online inquiries. Work Tuesday through Saturday on an eight-hour shift.
This full-time Sales Associate role welcomes candidates without sales experience, with preference for industry interest. Support customers interested in boats, fishing, and recreational vehicles. Develop product knowledge while handling demonstrations, lead follow-up, and sales activities. The position requires Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet walk-in customers promptly and professionally
- Answer calls and direct callers appropriately
- Demonstrate products and show boats at storage yards
- Follow up with online, phone, and text inquiries
- Maintain accurate lead and contact records
- Excellent communication skills for difficult situations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
- Drive to achieve results and sales targets
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently Tuesday through Saturday
