Support Peterbilt truck sales in Saskatoon through organized customer service, quotations, documentation, and CRM coordination. Work closely with sales representatives and managers.
Brandt Tractor Ltd. seeks a Sales Coordinator for its Saskatoon Peterbilt location. You will support Sales Managers and representatives while coordinating sales activities, delivery processes, and customer follow-ups. The position offers a stepping stone into Sales through hands-on exposure to documentation, forecasting, product knowledge, and dealership collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist sales representatives with customer inquiries and scheduled follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and sales documentation
- Coordinate service shop paperwork, deliveries, and truck demonstrations
- Maintain customer records and sales data in Arcadium CRM
- Collect forecasts and assist with sales reports and inventory analysis
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales support or administrative experience preferred
- Automotive or heavy truck industry experience preferred
- Microsoft Office, CRM, and inventory system proficiency
- Strong organization, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills
