Drive parts and service sales as a Customer Support Advisor with Brandt Tractor Ltd in Saskatoon, working on-site and full-time.
This Customer Support Advisor position promotes products, incentives, parts, and services for new and existing customers. You will provide after-sales support while developing territory relationships. The work combines prospecting, customer visits, communication, and sales tracking.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and cold call new accounts
- Promote products, incentives, parts, and services
- Visit customers daily to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain territory plans and customer target lists
- Resolve complaints and communicate resolutions to managers
- Previous industry sales experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Strong customer relationship-building ability
- Parts or heavy equipment journeyperson ticket considered an asset
