Inside Sales Representative Building Materials

Build customer relationships in Saskatoon as an Inside Sales Representative selling building materials and ensuring accurate orders. This permanent full-time role is on-site.

Doman’s Inside Sales Representative supports customers ranging from independent lumber yards to national home improvement chains. The generalist position sells engineered wood products, siding, decking, railing, and other building materials. You will answer inquiries, enter orders, coordinate information, and support revenue growth.

• Answer inbound calls for orders, quotes, and inquiries
• Verify requirements and secure maximum invoice value
• Enter customer orders accurately into the system
• Recommend complementary products and promotions
• Relay information to operations team members

• Excellent phone-based customer service skills
• Ability to anticipate customer needs
• Comfort with outbound calls to existing customers
• Comfort using Excel, Word, Outlook, and computers
• High school graduation and strong English communication
