Security Supervisor Ensuring Safety and Team Management

As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee scheduling, daily operations, and incident response efforts.

Your role includes monitoring sensitive areas and controlled access points while providing training to Security Personnel. You will also ensure all safety regulations are adhered to and maintain clear communication with local emergency services, law enforcement, and retail tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of security staff

• Respond to emergencies and coordinate security actions

• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with protocols

• Monitor technology and equipment used by staff

• Facilitate staff training and development initiatives

Requirements:

• College diploma in Law Enforcement or related field

• 2 years’ experience in a retail security position

• Must have valid Saskatchewan Driver's License

• Certified in CPR and First Aid

• Strong organizational and communication skills
