Position: Security Operations Supervisor for Dynamic Teams
Ensure safety and efficiency as a Security Guard Supervisor. Manage scheduling, emergency response, and staff training to promote a secure environment for clients and guests.

In this role, supervise a team of more than 20 security personnel, coordinating work and providing hands-on training on safety and company policies. Responsibilities include preparing progress reports and engaging with clients who need special assistance, ensuring every situation is managed promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise security staffing

• Assist clients with specific needs or emergencies

• Act as the main emergency contact

• Submit relevant reports and progress updates

• Provide essential training on safety and job duties

Requirements:

• Valid Security Guard License required

• Clean criminal record check mandatory

• Client focus and strong interpersonal skills

• Flexible availability for varied shifts

• Must work effectively under pressure
