As a Health Centre Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escape.

• $17.33 /hr

• Permanent Position:
  Monday to Friday 1530 to 2330

• Site Training includes 32 hours of training with cross-training across all shifts. Flexiable to train during the weekdays.

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and checkvisitoridentification
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
  
  Work with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations
• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment
• Ability to patrol, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Use of Force training is an asset
• First Aid Training is an asset
