Security Guard

Position: Full Time Security Guard
Ensure the safety and security of guests at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Saskatoon Centre as a Full Time Security Guard. Provide night-time protection and assist with guest access as needed.

As part of the Inter Continental Hotel Group, you will patrol various areas, monitor security systems, and respond to any emergencies. Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of security or hospitality experience along with strong communication skills and attention to detail. This role is pivotal in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol all hotel properties including interior and back of house

• Monitor security systems, alarms, and CCTV cameras

• Maintain logs of nightly activities and suspicious incidents

• Assist guests and staff during emergencies with proper etiquette

• Enforce security protocols and manage trespassers as needed

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in security or hospitality

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High school diploma or vocational training preferred

• Physical ability to lift items up to 100 pounds

• Availability to work night shifts
