Position: Security Supervisor with Client Focus
Lead a dedicated team as a Security Guard Supervisor, ensuring safety and client support on-site. This role emphasizes management, training, and emergency response in a physical setting.

We are seeking a Security Guard Supervisor to oversee operations at our location. With at least one year of supervisory experience, you will be responsible for scheduling work, managing staff, and facilitating special needs among clients. Your leadership will ensure compliance with safety procedures and that company policies are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule work and manage staff duties

• Assist clients with special needs and emergency situations

• Prepare progress reports for management

• Supervise activities of more than 20 staff members

• Train staff in job duties and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Security Guard License required

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience needed

• Criminal record check must be passed

• Excellent interpersonal and client-focused skills

• Flexibility and organizational abilities required

Lead and manage security operations to ensure a safe environment for all clients and staff.
