Position: Full-Time Security Manager Airport
Shape security operations at Saskatoon Airport with Paladin Airport Security Services as a full-time Security Manager. Lead a successful screening team and ensure compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

In this role, you will be the Service Delivery Manager overseeing airport operations. Your leadership will be critical in mentoring Screening Officers to meet high KPIs. You'll also build key relationships with aviation stakeholders for operational success while ensuring excellent service for passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all screening checkpoint operations at the airport

• Foster teamwork and cohesion among Screening Officers

• Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures

• Prepare detailed security incident reports consistently

• Address operational issues and customer complaints efficiently

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3 years in leadership roles in protective services

• Strong communication and persuasive capabilities

• Proficient in using operational management software

• Willing to work irregular hours as needed
