Hospital Security Supervisor

Position: Full-Time Hospital Security Supervisor
Lead security efforts at the Canadian Corps of Commissionaires in Nipawin as a full-time Hospital Security Guard Supervisor. Ensure safety for all hospital visitors, patients, and staff while supervising the security team.

In this pivotal role, you will manage training and scheduling for security guards in a multicultural environment. Key responsibilities include enforcing security protocols, performing inspections, and managing emergency situations. Your hands-on experience in supervision is crucial for maintaining a safe atmosphere in the hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee training and scheduling of security personnel

• Patrol facility, locking doors, and monitoring cameras

• Conduct inspections of the heliport daily

• Restrain combative patients and locate wandering individuals

• Write detailed security reports using designated applications

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 0-6 months of relevant supervisory experience

• Must be 18 years or older

• Preference for Indigenous candidates and those with security training certificates

• Ability to meet physical testing requirements
