Global Physical Security Systems Manager

In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Director of Global Security & Emergency Management, owning the physical security systems program across Nutrien's business segments. You will ensure all systems comply with enterprise standards, while driving continuous improvements and partnering closely with IT to execute strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the global lead for physical security systems

• Define accountability across matrixed business segments

• Develop measurable performance metrics for security execution

• Monitor compliance with established security standards

• Provide assurance on deployment effectiveness to leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

• At least 8 years in corporate physical security

• ASIS Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification preferred

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Strong experience in security system technologies
