Security Supervisor

Position: Security Supervisor at Cushman & Wakefield
Lead a dedicated Security team as a Security Supervisor with Cushman & Wakefield. Engage with the community while ensuring comprehensive safety and adherence to protocols across the site.

As the Security Supervisor, you'll manage daily operations and supervise security staff to maintain security efficiency and safety. You'll be responsible for monitoring sensitive areas, emergency response coordination, and incident reporting.

Your role will also include training staff and conducting compliance checks to ensure operational excellence within the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily schedules and security personnel activities

• Monitor controlled access points and sensitive areas

• Respond to emergencies and customer safety requests

• Complete daily inspections and file security reports

• Assist in staff training and development

Requirements:

• College diploma in Law Enforcement or Security Administration

• Minimum two years’ retail security experience

• Proven supervisory skills in security operations

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Valid Saskatchewan Driver's Licence and clear criminal background
