Security Supervisor

Position: Full-Time Security Supervisor Role
Join Paladin Security as a Full-Time Security Supervisor at Westmount Mall, London, Ontario. This role emphasizes proactive safety measures, incident response, and customer service interactions.

You'll be responsible for supervising the security team and conducting patrols of the mall and its surroundings. Engage with tenants and guests while swiftly addressing safety concerns and coordinating with emergency services as needed.

Your role includes ensuring compliance with the mall's policies and responding to various incidents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead the security team on site

• Patrol all areas including parking lots and common spaces

• Monitor for safety concerns during peak hours

• Respond to alarms and emergencies with urgency

• Ensure thorough review of security reports

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of security supervision experience

• Knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage high-pressure situations

• Valid Ontario Security License needed
