Loss Prevention Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Officer to join our resource protection team. This role focuses on preventing theft, engaging with customers, and maintaining a secure environment. You will need effective decision-making skills and the ability to operate with minimal supervision. Strong communication is essential as you document incidents and interact with law enforcement when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify theft, fraud, and mischief immediately

• Discreetly observe suspicious behaviors and characteristics

• Maintain professionalism with the public and law enforcement

• Conduct building security audits and asset protection

• Document evidence and write clear reports as needed

Requirements:

• Strong decision-making skills under pressure

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Integrity and enthusiasm required for the role

• Valid Advanced Security Training/AST is a plus
