Protect property and ensure peace as a Part Time Security Officer at Cushman & Wakefield. Engage with clients while maintaining a secure and safe environment through vigilant patrols.
In this role, you will regularly patrol both interior and exterior areas, addressing alarms and disturbances. Managing access points and monitoring individuals will be crucial to securing the premises. Report daily activities and irregularities, as well as ensure effective communication during emergencies by notifying the appropriate authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure security of premises
• Authorize entrance and exit of employees and visitors
• Document activities and any security-related incidents
• Investigate alarms and emergency situations promptly
• Assist clients while maintaining order on site
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in security roles
• High School Diploma or equivalent necessary
• CPR Certification must be current
• Understanding of relevant security laws and practices
• Ability to work independently and maintain integrity
