• Assisting journeyman plumbers and HVAC technicians on commercial and residential projects.
• Picking orders and preparing for projects.
• Learning and using the tools of the trade.
• Assisting on service calls and shop needs.
• Learning and growing into an experienced plumber/HVAC technician role.

• No trade-specific experience is necessary, but experience with hand & power tools, operating machinery, manual labour, or experience in other trades is a huge plus.
• Safety training and certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and endure manual labour.
