Key Responsibilities

As the Residential - Journey Person Plumbing, HVAC technician or Journey Person Refrigeration Technician, you will work collaboratively and are responsible for:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing & HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Install and maintain heating, cooling, and related equipment with precision and care.
• Provide homeowners with clear, friendly communication and education on their systems.
• Spot opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and safety, offering solutions where appropriate.
• Collaborate with other technicians to deliver seamless, cross-trade service.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and time logged.
• Uphold core values of safety, professionalism, and deliver a 5-star client experience at every interaction.

Qualifications

As the Residential Service Plumber, you will bring:

• Ideally a Journeyperson Plumber, Journeyperson Refrigeration or HVAC experience with solid residential service experience.
• Gas fitter certification (or progress toward it).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine people-first approach.
• Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a diverse technical team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Positive, professional attitude that builds trust with clients and teammates alike.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
