North Service Area Client Services Supervisor

Location: North Battleford

The Ministry of Social Services seeks a motivated Supervisor to join the Community Living Service Delivery team. You will manage case management processes, develop community service programs, and coordinate resources effectively. This position is focused on empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities to enhance their independence and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support case management and staff teams

• Implement community service programs with local organizations

• Conduct individual assessments and plan services accordingly

• Manage budget allocations and resource distribution

• Provide effective crisis intervention and service referrals

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Social Work or Bachelor of Indian Social Work

• Relevant experience in social services is essential

• Valid driver's license for travel duties

• Effective communication and motivational skills

• Ability to utilize ethical frameworks in social work
