This part-time position requires engaging individuals through culturally grounded activities, including traditional arts and land-based practices. You'll utilize a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to support diverse populations facing societal barriers. Flexibility may be required for festivals and events, typically demanding one full workday each week.
