Utilizing your social work education and court experience, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive support and resources to victims of domestic violence. Your responsibilities will include attending court proceedings, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining productive communication with community agencies. You will also contribute to the overall development of victim services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend court to provide updates to clients
• Monitor and address victim safety concerns
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and consultations
• Collaborate with police, prosecutors, and relevant agencies
• Maintain accurate records and administrative duties
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in the court system
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care
• Strong organizational and case management skills
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Foster safety and empowerment by offering informed assistance and advocacy to victims navigating the court system.
