Position: Supervisor for Community Youth Services

• Train and recruit casual staff for youth services

• Provide ongoing supervision and scheduling

• Match services to referral requirements

• Maintain statistics and report activities regularly

• Develop community partnerships for effective programing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work required

• 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience

• Understanding of trauma-informed approaches

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
