Join our team as a Youth Care Worker! Ranch Ehrlo is seeking highly motivated individuals to fulfill the rewarding role of Youth Care Worker (YCW) within our agency. You will be a key player in creating a safe, nurturing, and structured living environment. You will work alongside participants to help them grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.

Your role involves fully engaging in all aspects of the group living experience, offering both emotional and physical support while being a positive role model.

Qualifications
Education and Professional Certification

Completion of a high school diploma.

A certificate, diploma, or degree in Child and Youth Care (CYC) or a related field is an asset.

Experience

At least one (1) year of experience working with children, youth, and/or adults with behavioral, cognitive, mental health challenges.
