The Hotel Guest Service Agent will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guests account upon completion of their stay. Must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service, have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, balancing out the day, sending out reports and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
This position is during the week and weekends, mornings and evenings, graveyards. This position could lead to full time. This position also requires to drive a shuttle to and from the airport and some cleaning duties such as: sweeping, mopping, cleaning public bathrooms, taking garbage(s) out.
