Location: Martensville
Take on the role of a Family Social Worker, addressing the needs of families and children in a community service environment. Conduct evaluations, provide advocacy, and implement support programs.
In this full-time position, you will work closely with clients in a rural setting to navigate their social challenges and connect them with vital resources. Your responsibilities will include investigating cases of negligence, supervising staff, and developing community-focused intervention strategies. A commitment to delivering compassionate, client-focused services is key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interview clients to identify service requirements
• Supervise and mentor staff and volunteers
• Plan and evaluate community assistance programs
• Monitor client progress and outcomes
• Conduct administrative tasks related to case management
Requirements:
• University Bachelor's Degree required
• Membership in a provincial social work association
• Valid driver's license for community travel
• Willingness to complete a criminal record check
• Experience in social work preferred
