Join EGADZ to provide crucial support for vulnerable youth in Saskatoon. This role involves daily operations management and assisting youth with services such as nutrition and clothing. Successful candidates will also engage youth through recreational and cultural activities, both in and out of the Centre, fostering a supportive community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations at the Drop-In Centre
• Build trusting relationships with youth and staff
• Advocate for and provide immediate support services
• Plan and organize sports and cultural events
• Maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries
Requirements:
• Proven ability to promote a healthy lifestyle
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Indigenous cultures and issues
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Recent Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector
Play a crucial role in supporting youth and enhancing their quality of life at EGADZ.
