Key Responsibilities:

• Support individuals to promote safety and value

• Create and implement engaging activities for participants

• Contribute to treatment plans and share insights in meetings

• Teach important life skills effectively

• Use behavior management tools to resolve conflicts

Requirements:

• High school diploma required, CYC certificate is an asset

• Minimum one year of related experience

• Strong creative and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer skills for report documentation

• Valid novice 2 driver’s license required
