Family Support Team Leader

Lead impactful family preservation efforts as Team Leader II with Catholic Social Services in Saskatoon. Guide a dedicated team providing in-home crisis intervention across central Saskatchewan.

In this full-time position, you’ll utilize your leadership skills to manage Family Enrichment Workers committed to helping families maintain stability. The job involves direct family support, staff recruitment, and various community services aimed at enhancing family well-being. Flexibility for on-call duties and travel is vital to respond to family needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of Family Enrichment Workers

• Deliver direct support in crisis situations

• Conduct staff recruitment and ongoing training

• Facilitate connections with community resources

• Manage an on-call schedule for emergencies

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Services or equivalent

• At least 2 years’ relevant experience

• Strong crisis intervention skills

• Experience in a supervisory role preferred

• Clear driver's abstract and liability insurance required
