This full-time role involves overseeing SDM implementation in First Nations Child and Family Services Agencies. You will coach practitioners, facilitate group training, and provide consultation for complex cases. The position requires collaboration with communities, enabling improved case practices and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide subject matter expertise on the SDM model
• Lead training sessions across First Nations communities
• Consult on complex situations and case reviews
• Conduct assessments for SDM model adoption
• Support professional networking for protection workers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Indian Social Work or Social Work
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in child services
• Knowledge of SDM and Integrated Practice Strategies
• Proficient in facilitating adult training sessions
• Valid Saskatchewan driver's license and CPIC
Contribute to child protection training and implementation in Saskatchewan by joining the SDM initiatives.
