Location: North Battleford
Enhance community support as an Outreach Worker with Keyanow Child and Family Centre in North Battleford. Deliver vital counseling and programming services in various locations.
As a vital member of the Keyanow Child and Family Centre team, you will provide full-time outreach services focusing on prevention and early intervention. Your expertise in community engagement and counseling will benefit children, youth, and families. A Technical/Applied Science Diploma and 1-2 years of experience are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual counseling and group support
• Organize community education activities
• Engage with families and assess their needs
• Facilitate outreach and mobilization efforts
• Collaborate with schools and other providers
Requirements:
• Technical/Applied Science Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Certifications in applicable fields preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and driver abstract
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings
