In this full-time role, you will provide essential training and consultation to First Nations Child and Family Services Agencies on the SDM model. Your responsibilities include leading training, consulting on complex cases, and facilitating readiness assessments for SDM adoption. Your work will empower local practitioners and enhance case practice standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise on the SDM model implementation
• Plan and deliver training sessions in First Nations communities
• Consult on case practice assessments and investigations
• Conduct readiness assessments for SDM strategies
• Lead initiatives for professional development and networking
Requirements:
• Four-year bachelor's degree in relevant social work field
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in child services
• Knowledgeable in SDM and Integrated Practice Strategies
• Skilled in group training and adult education
• Hold a valid Saskatchewan driver's license and CPIC
Drive impactful training and support within child protection efforts across Saskatchewan.
