This permanent role is part of the Specialized Youth Programs within the Mental Health Community Clinics. You will focus on assessment, treatment, and collaboration with various agencies to create effective, evidence-based interventions for youth. Engaging in program development and evaluation will also be key in fostering beneficial outcomes for young individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment
• Develop innovative, individualized responses for offenders
• Collaborate for inter-agency youth services
• Contribute to the development and evaluation of programs
• Supervise students and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration
Requirements:
• PhD in Clinical Psychology required
• RPsych registration necessary
• Exceptional advanced skills in assessment and communication
• Basic understanding of case management
• Ability to work cross-culturally with diverse populations
