Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver evidence-based programming

• Conduct thorough assessments and home visits

• Prepare and manage detailed court reports

• Collaborate with community and government agencies

• Create individualized case management strategies

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Social Work or Justice Services

• Valid driver’s licence and flexible work availability

• Understanding of risk assessment practices

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
