Ranch Ehrlo Society is seeking a Creative Youth Care Worker for May House in Corman Park, SK. This permanent, full-time position emphasizes creative engagement and compassionate care in a dynamic team setting.

You will leverage at least one year of experience to support individuals facing behavioral, cognitive, or mental health challenges. Collaboration with clinical professionals will enhance your ability to implement meaningful treatment plans. Your creativity and leadership will motivate both participants and new staff in their development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a nurturing and supportive environment for participants

• Plan and execute engaging activities that encourage involvement

• Collaborate on treatment goals with clinical professionals

• Support the learning of essential life skills and conflict resolution

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation for agency standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• At least one year of experience with youth or behavioral health

• Certificate in Child and Youth Care is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities

• Class 5 driver's license required for transport
