Serve as a School Counsellor at Minahik Waskahigan High School with Northern Lights School Division #113 in Pinehouse Lake. This important full-time role supports youth development through dedicated counseling.

Northern Lights School Division #113 is looking for a passionate School Counsellor to enhance student mental health and wellbeing. You will utilize your Bachelor of Social Work Degree and counseling experience to support students facing diverse challenges. Experience working with youth and commitment to fostering a culturally inclusive environment are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students

• Assist in navigating personal and educational issues

• Collaborate with faculty for holistic student support

• Develop and lead initiatives for student wellbeing

• Uphold confidentiality and trust in student interactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Social Work Degree required

• Eligible for Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers registration

• Counseling experience in youth settings

• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
