Position: Money Management Caseworker at Salvation Army
Drive financial literacy as a Money Management Caseworker with The Salvation Army, focusing on developing independent budget management skills for clients. Provide essential support through group workshops and one-on-one sessions.

In this role, you'll work directly with clients in an office environment, offering both individual support and group education opportunities. Your efforts will ensure comprehensive care as you assist clients with budgeting, income benefits, and skill development. With 2-3 years of experience, you'll leverage your skills in social services and program facilitation to connect clients with necessary resources and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group casework support

• Develop monthly budget plans with clients

• Maintain accurate case files and documentation

• Monitor client progress through communication

• Assist clients with external agency connections

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education of at least two years

• 2-3 years' experience in social services setting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management

• Current First Aid/CPR certification

• Valid Driver’s License and clean record

Support individuals in achieving financial independence and navigate daily money management challenges.
